Incredibly responsive and great customer service! Faught Service Company really know their stuff and did a great job helping us understand the different tradeoffs of all the options. At the time that the unit was installed, we didn't yet have internet service, but once we set it up, Brandon was kind enough to come back and help us configure our new thermostat. We really appreciated how flexible these guys were with our options and how quick they were to answer questions and get the new unit installed. Highly recommend!

We had Faught Service Company replace our ancient HVAC system - after getting some quotes, their prices were very good. We also really liked Brandon, who’s clearly very knowledge; I’d read about things like duct leakage, air exchange, thermostat options etc and he helped us understand which factors matter in our house.
