We had an unknown leak on our property since 2 weeks but we were not able to locate it. We received email from the city that we are consuming excessive water - 12 gph. But because the water leak was not visible anywhere, the process got very complicated. Each plumber had their own methods, some were invasive (poking several holes in walls, ground) and some suggested to reach out to leak detection companies. Though one of the plumbing companies suspected the leak spot, their estimate came to be too high $5K+. In this context, Johnny Rooter Plumbing attended us with care and they were extremely helpful. Their plumbers Mike and Bobby were extremely jolly, helpful and knowledgeable. They located the correct spot (under our concrete driveway) and with minimal digging, they were able to fix it. On top of that, they refilled the hole in the driveway and patched it up with matching concrete. Moved the dirt back into the other holes to reduce our clean up after the fix.
