I had the recent need to replace an old water heater as it cracked and started leaking water right before the Arctic Blast a few weeks ago. Out of the few local Plumbing companies I contacted, L&P Plumbing and Fabian were quick to respond. Fabian and I discussed the issue and the details over the phone and he provided me a reasonable quote via email almost immediately, then proceeded to schedule the service later that day. The two technicians that came to do the job a few days later were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new 50 gal electric water heater was up and running in no time, it was a very clean job. They did excellent work, and I am very pleased with the service and overall experience, they were quick to respond and to schedule and complete the job efficiently. This was probably the best repair-related interaction I have ever had. L&P called me MAYBE three minutes after I submitted an Angi request. Unlike another company that contacted me later in the day, they provided best case and worst case quotes! Victor was able to get here EARLY, and diagnose, purchase parts, and install the fix with mind-blowing speed.
