We had the best experience with this company and are thrilled to have found them. The owner and another roofer of his company performed a thorough investigation of our entire roof as we wanted a second opinion about its condition. Another professional had told us that we needed to repair our roof due to a flashing issue, with rust and even a hole present. Founders Roofing’s owner, Zach, inspected the area of concern and discovered that there was not in fact a rusted out hole in our roof, but an open acorn shell stuck in a groove which he proceeded to show me. He was not only more thorough in his investigation, he was honest in informing me that he would not to charge us to fix our roof, as the problem was nonexistent! Zach has gone above and beyond when it came to completing our roof replacement. He took great care to ensure our concerns were addressed. He also took great care with how the work was completed and after the completion of the work, the level of detail, he paid to the cleanup of that project was amazing. I have not seen that level of attention in customer service in a very long time. It is welcomed and refreshing. I would certainly recommend Founders Roofing and Construction as a roofing contractor. I highly recommend Founders for your roofing needs.. While driving by my rental house Zach had noticed some shingles had come loose and needed replaced. I asked him and 2 other "highly rated" companies to inspect my roof and give me quotes. One of those companies came back with a quote for over $5,200 for replacing non-working electric roof fans and other repairs they said needed done. I asked Zach to give me a quote for those items as well if they needed done. He went back to the house and took video to show me that the fans indeed worked properly and all of that extra work did not need done. Zach was helpful, professional and most importantly HONEST. I appreciate him so much and will definitely use him in the future for all my roofing needs! Service: Roof repair
