I was really nervous to contact a roofer after hearing so many horror stories from others. I contacted Authority after we had some major wind damage because my parents had used them and were very pleased. We worked with Jesus (Antonio) and he was amazing! He worked with our insurance company and made the whole process so much easier than I thought it would be. He sent them pics of the damage to our fence, window screens and garage door, and he contracted the work for the screen replacement as well as the door. We did the fence separately. He came out immediately when we called and put a tarp on the roof to keep out the weather while we waited on insurance information. All the work was done in a timely manner, and he was quick to respond any time we contacted him. We had one issue with the garage door after repair that we contacted him about and he sent our guy back out immediately and got it taken care of. I would call him again in a heartbeat. We ended up needing a full roof replaceme

Authority Roofing recently replaced my roof and did a wonderful job. Jesse H. was my project manager and made the entire process easy. I used my homeowners insurance and he walked me through the entire claim process and was available for any questions. Good friends referred Jesse and the company to me and I am so happy they did. Can’t get a call back to fix shingles that fall off. Had to pay another company to fix Authority roofing problem last year after they didn’t call me back. I’ve left four messages and never gotten a call back for the current missing shingles. Just want my shingles fixed.
