Island Mann Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I would not recommend this company. Professionalism is no where to be found, Casey from the call center was no help, and the quality of work was non-existent. They do not stand by their work and offer zero solutions. We had an appointment a week ago to get our sink unclogged.. the technician showed up late with no prior communication. He seemed to have fixed the issue that day. Four days later the sink clogged back up. We called the company back and was told they would charge us again to have someone come back out and there was no warranty on work from four days prior. Through a lot of back and forth we got a hold of the technician and he said he would have someone call to schedule us to come back out. We never got a call. Two days later our sink is so clogged we can’t even shower. We called them and got the run around. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that. I would never recommend this company.

Save your $ and RUN AWAY from these cons! Worst experience. First, they lied about the plumbing they installed in my house. They sold me on the emphasis that the pipes are expanding pipes and will not burst in case of a hard freeze. Well, that was a lie! The pipes busted and water was all over my kitchen. Secondly, the crew that came and installed my plumbing (all plumbing in house was replaced) TRASHED my house and yard. I found black rubber gloves everywhere, I found trash everywhere, including all over my back yard and in my walls where they had to remove sheet rock to install new plumbing. Cans, water bottles, food wrappers, chip bags etc all over my property from the plumbing crew. I had asked them to clean it up before they left and they said they would but chose not to. When they removed the old pipes to install the new pipes they had a scrap man come by to take the old pipes away and they decided to break apart the old pipes by hitting them on the ground with other parts

Zack C. was awesome! He showed up on time and was very professional. He fixed in 10 minutes what another plumbing company had us waiting for days. It was as simple as unclogging our kitchen sink drain.
