We highly recommend Helsley Roofing! Alan and his son came by to speak with us about our needs and were incredibly thorough in the explanation of different shingles and answered all of our questions. They were very responsive and informative prior to the installation day. They were very professional and respectful while on the job site. We both work from home and heard a roof being installed but were surprised that it did not hinder us at all, from doing our jobs! After the roof was installed, they cleaned up everything and left the property in great shape. There were also two gentleman that came by to check on the vent pipes on the roof and in the attic and make a sweep of the yard to make sure all was picked up. We love, love, love our new roof and it turned out exactly like we were hoping that it would! There is no other roofer you need to consider if you are in need of a new roof. 5 stars for Helsley!!! I cannot say enough good things about Helsley Roofing Company. I called Alan in the middle of a storm as I was watching shingles blow off of my roof AND he answered the phone and told me he would be out tomorrow to inspect the roof. Not only did he come the next day to inspect the roof but also put a tarp over the damaged area to prevent further damage. His crews have been excellent to deal with, on time, and courteous with amazing workmanship with the best materials. He has been prompt to return phone calls or texts and he even took into account my wife’s work schedule (as she works from home) to produce as little of noise as possible. This entire process has been stress free due to Alan and his crews. I will recommended everyone I know to use Helsley Roofing Company, you truly won’t be disappointed.
