I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of consideration for people with disabilities like myself who need handicap spots for wheelchairs… it’s not okay to have your guys illegally parked in handicapped parking spaces.. especially when I was the one who needed it for my wheelchair and one of your guys took the last one right in front of me as I was trying to get in… that lack of respect speaks volumes about the kind of person he is… I wouldn’t want to do business with someone like that. *updated to include a reply to owner* It’s one thing if he was transporting a family member but no one was with him. We watched him zoom to pull in when we trying to pull in, no tag, no license plate. It was a very full parking lot that day. Lastly… I don’t think anyone would have deserved to get fired.. just a conversation. *update* I’ve included pictures and screenshots for you to understand the situation and legality of this situation. Dynamic Roofing did a great job replacing our roof, gutters, and screens. Jeremy explained the whole process and was very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the entire insurance claim process and made it so easy. They were dependable, accommodating, and trustworthy. His team was very courteous and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up after the installation. I highly recommend Jeremy and Dynamic Roofing!
We hired dynamic roofing for a roof installation after a hail damage! They were extremely professional through the entire process! They really do make sure that we understand the process before they start working so that there are no surprises. They were also very patient with our insurance company and helped us navigate some of the follow ups. We worked with Nick who was awesome throughout the entire process!!!!
