Please do your research for a reputable roofing company and don’t throw away tens of thousands of dollars on a company who doesn’t stand behind their work and own up to their mistake. We asked this company for a quote to replace our roof (along with several other companies) - we replaced it with a metal roof (which if you know about metal roofs they must have a decking installed before the metal roof is installed to act as the insulation barrier between your home and the roof. This company was provided our inspection report (we purchased a new home) and noted on the inspection report was that the initial roof had NO decking so when we replaced roof we needed the decking. (Makes 100% sense right - why put on another roof with no decking and have the same issue of heating/cooling the home). We were given the quote and proceeded with this company.
