My furnace ECM motor & fan had given up. Called several HVAC guys, one couldn't isolate the issue due to not having motor diagnostic tool. Other Lennox contractor tried to sell a new furnace unit without checking warranty. After couple days of desperation, I dropped a message on Nextdoor and Elite personnel reached out me. He literally called me after 5 mins saying parts are all under warranty! Saved me over $1,300 straight on the bad motor. He picked up the part same day and installed in the late night.
