Athena was amazing getting us scheduled. Grandson was coming to visit…the bathroom exhaust switch cover broke exposing wires. We were scheduled for 2 days but when I mentioned the grandson visiting she managed to send Colby so the fix was made. Colby was excellent as well! happy! We had a clogged kitchen drain that was quite frustrating and after so many attempts it got better but it still wasn’t 100%. We heard about the $99 Clean your drain deal and thought we‘d give it a try. Customer work on the phone was professional and thoughtful and so was the repairman Melvin. He was bright and early, did his job in a professional manner and the drain is now unclogged. We have no complaints whatsoever! Great service!
