I had AC emergency this weekend Bo R. With SOS came to my rescue. I was lucky it was only a compastitor and was an easy fix. He didn't try and sell me a new unit but he did tell me to start thinking about it. He understood that things are tight for everyone and that making a person buy an expensive unit was financially impossible. Thanks for taking good care of me in a difficult time.

I have been working with this company for a while, and unfortunately, after trying other companies last week, I realized how much they were overcharging me for all past services. I have a company with many stores in Austin. I was rarely in the store when they fixed our units. For the last service, I was there and was shocked by how they didn't care or answer your questions. After the technician was done working on the unit, he just said (it SHOULD be okay for now). After he left, it was a big mess. Both units stopped working, and I had to deal with a leak. They came back after 2-3 days, and after five days, they said you needed an entirely new unit for 33k. When I explained to the lady on the phone that it was expensive to make this investment now, she said, "Well, good luck." I asked to speak to her manager but am still waiting for a callback.
