After hour dispatch was required due to an active leak above unit I was working in. Oliver arrived within 30 minutes and was immediately engaged in isolating the leak, which happened to be coming from 3rd floor! I've used Plumb Masters in the past and I can say with confidence the level of services is consistently top notch! Definitely recommend!

Professional negligence and way overpriced. Our sewage line was backing up into the house and we asked our neighbors if they were having similar issues, nobody was and one recommended Plumb Masters (Plumb Doctors came but it's the same company) - huge mistake. They came out quickly and inspected a clean out and said we had a catastrophic failure in two places. I asked to see the video footage (that we paid for) and he said it wasn't possible as it was completely backed up. He recommended we vacate the home immediately and take immediate action to fix the problem. I was shocked as we could still flush our toilets (the sewage had drained) but trusted the expert. He came back with a price tag of $44k - he explained two catastrophic failures and most likely orangeburg pipe - everything needed to be replaced to the street. $44k was outrageous but we trusted his diagnosis and vacated the home. We used these guys a few years ago and it was great. However, recently we had a mystery leak and the experience was miserable. They didn’t detect the leak the first time around, which I can understand. Had them come back, they found the leak. Repaired it and changed the plumbing on a sink that supposedly wasn’t plumbed right, but wasn’t causing any issues. We had water remediation come and dry everything out. The leak they repaired continued to leak. It took several days for them to send someone to fix it again. They didn’t show up to one appointment because they couldn’t get ahold of me - but I didn’t receive any calls or texts to confirm, so I don’t know what that was about. A few days later the sink they “fixed” (that we never had issues with before) started pouring water. Gallons all over the bathroom….and back out the ceiling below, that we just paid to have dried out. They sent someone else to come fix the sink again.
