On their fist visit the individual fixed what was needed, but recommended some work that had a steep price. A future call out to our house showed that this work wasn't needed at all. Admittedly I was a little turned off after the first visit. I have to say that since the first visit Plumb Masters has been great to deal with. Each time we've called, they've been able to come out to our house on the same day. This wasn't the case with other companies. On their most recent visit, Oliver and Kailum were very nice, informative, let me know of all costs in advance and gave me advice for future issues. I took a chance on Plumb Masters when I originally called them and I've been using them ever since. Tara, who took my call was very nice and easy to work with when scheduling a crew to come to our house. I even missed their call on their way out to our place, called them back and Tara contacted the crew directly for me to let them know I was home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone nee

After hour dispatch was required due to an active leak above unit I was working in. Oliver arrived within 30 minutes and was immediately engaged in isolating the leak, which happened to be coming from 3rd floor! I've used Plumb Masters in the past and I can say with confidence the level of services is consistently top notch! Definitely recommend!
