Tall Guy AC & Heat

Hey, I want to tell you I wholeheartedly endorse Tall Guy AC/Heating. They installed my heat pump a few years ago. I noticed since I first turned my AC on a couple weeks ago that the air blowing through the house didn’t seem cool. Then I realized that when the air is blowing, my outside unit isn’t even on. So I called him today for help. He came right over and checked the outside unit. He discovered that it had shut off, probably because it was heavily covered by tree limbs back after the ice storm. It’s a safety function that it shut down without proper ventilation. He pushed the switch to remedy that, then I asked him if he’dinspect my system while here, which he did. Didn’t take long. He said it looks like new. Didn’t charge me a penny. And he advised that I switch to the cheapest filters I can buy and change them more regularly, rather than using the high MERV ones I have on hand. High MERV filters are too hard on the unit. WE LOVE TALL GUY! We've used him several times to get up in the attic to unclog the drip line when we couldn't, or replace a part on a unit. They are fast, very affordable, and so honest. We actually pay him more than he asks because getting in our attic in July is superhero level. He has saved our 17 year old system to live another day. We'll use him every time, and recommend him every time.
