TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Carl required a $500 and never came to do the work! I paid him in January and here I am in March this guy hasn’t come to do the work and I have not receive my deposit back. I have been available every time he was scheduled yet he doesn’t show to complete the job. He is full of excuses and no execution. I have filed a claim with PayPal and will take the matter to a court if I need to. If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Carl is the best! He is honest, is very knowledgeable and can fix so many problems. I have called him many times for multiple issues and he solved the issues very well. He is very pleasant to work with and has an excellent work ethic. Luckily found his contact as he works around the community. Has him installed an appliance and remove old one, fix loose light fixture, and some minor issues. He is responsive, professional, and reasonably charged. Definitely will use his services again and recommend him to others. Service: Home maintenance & repairs
