Our technician, , was helpful. He went above and beyond what was supposed to be a standard boiler inspection to end up spending much more time than anticipated to support us solve an electrical issue. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and how things worked to support us better understand our new home. He was on time, and committed to helping us repair our heating complication despite this not being the original intent of his visit. We were impressed and thankful. After losing power for 4 days the pipes froze and started to leak. I contacted all around and they came the day I called to repair the leak.
