Randy at certain air saved us! After several misses and mistakes by our previous AC guy we called Randy. He came out on his day off, found the issue, and recommended we have our previous AC guy come out and fix his mistakes vs just fixing and charging us. After explaining we were done with our previous ac repair person, he got to work fixing the issue. We haven’t ever had a very cold ac in this Texas heat, so I didn’t have high hopes for a cold AC. Well the last 2 days we’ve had to turn our temp up because we were freezing. I can’t thank Randy enough. He was efficient, reasonable priced, honest and friendly. First class work. Randy stays with the job. Very experienced. I have used Randy at another company. Found out he started his own HVAC company a few years ago.
