Oscar and Steve were so efficient, nice and hard working. They replaced my incorrectly installed water heater, put in a new pan and you can’t even tell I had work done because they cleaned up after themselves! I was so impressed because you just don’t get service like that these days. Nobody was on their cell phones at any time and there was no wasted time or movements. They also educated me on how to prevent future problems because my house is so old. I will always use and recommend them in the future!

Called and scheduled service for the same day to clean a clogged kitchen sink. They answered quickly and had someone out in just a couple hours to fix the problem. Plumber worked efficiently and cleanly to fix the issue and return my sink to service. Thank you for your fast turn around and help. And was very reasonably priced. Service: Drain cleaning

Contacted WPC through their 'chat' feature, was sent a text saying 'Thanks for contacting The Woodlands Plumbing Company. We've received your messages and will get back with you as soon as possible.' This was Monday, February 2, and I have YET to have a call back. Two our of three toilets in my home were not working ~ I told the 'chat' feature that info and consider that rather important. Called Bradbury Brothers Tuesday morning, spoke with real person and had one toilet up and running Tuesday afternoon, waiting on parts for the other. At least return calls / message, Woodlands Plumbing ... very unprofessional and lacking in essential courtesy.
