I had a water go out while I was out of town, at a rental unit I have. Everything was done over the phone or through text/email. My tenant even said that everyone he dealt with was great. So for this experience I give them ???? X5. Service: Water heater installation
I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of work Bluefrog Plumbing. I had a plumbing leak and was in a panic, I called and spoke to Audrey she immediately had the owner Josh reach out to me. And they arrived within 45 minutes of my initial phone call. Josh was kind, friendly, and professional. He walked me through the problem and my 2 options to fix it including and option to fix it myself. I decided to let him go ahead and fix it and I am so grateful. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again! Service: Plumbing leak repair
