Our first contact was with the Salesman Mr. Terrance Gonzalez who was attentive, experienced and knowledgeable. He was useful and was available to solution any questions we had. We also worked with Mr. Terrance Fernandez the Quality Control Manager who was skillful with explaining the detailed process of the Roof installation. To round out the team that helped us, we worked with Ms. Ivana Alvarez the task Manager. It was a real pleasure to work with her professional and timely guidance throughout the process. Henry was singularly the best contractor I've ever hired. He arrived to remove a hanging shingle, removed it, refused to take any money for the job, arrived back to cut new shingles, had to come a few times to get it right because angles used by the earlier roofers were non-standard, and then when the work was done, Henry only charged a small, nominal fee. He was courteous and texted to notify me each time before arriving. I gave more than he asked because he did great work and was super courteous.
