I called around to get a quote and estimate on services for hydro jetting. This was the next step that was recommended when another plumber came out to clean our drains with the snake tool and that did not work. For some reason the plumbing industry doesn’t provide quotes or estimates on services. However, these guys were great to provide me a quote in order for me to make a decision quicker to go on with my day. Brandon was awesome, professional, and knowledgeable to assist with dealing/clearing our main water line that was backed up. Would highly recommend them again. A bonus is that they do provide a military discount.

I have had two major plumbing repairs needed in the past 12 months - first, with a sewer pipe that needed to be lined, and second, the original galvanized internal plumbing was starting to fail. On both occasions, Rescue Rooter did an excellent job. Steve diagnosed each issue with care and detail, providing a more comprehensive solution than any other bids I received. It wasn't the cheapest, but I knew the job would be done well. Isaac and Luke did an excellent job with the repairs and ensured I knew what was going on at every step. They went the extra mile to make sure things were well finished. I don't enjoy spending tons of money on big repairs, but I'm very glad I chose to work with ARS Rescue Rooter.
