Scott was amazing. He quickly fixed the issue, then walked me through what we can do to help avoid something similar in the future. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Miko showed up to my home to do a plumbing inspection as planned. The inspection went smoothly. He was professional and was pleasant and personable. He explained everything he was doing. He had done an inspection for me in the past and it was nice to have someone come who I was familiar with. I would recommend him to any ESCO customer.
