My builder for my home used Kelly’s Heating and Air - so when I needed something fixed within the warranty, I was to use them. I was so pleasantly surprised with how awesome their service was. They contacted me quickly, had me set up for an appointment as soon as possible, and were very courteous and kind. The repairman that came was incredibly kind and polite - he was efficient and thorough in both the job and in his explanation to me. He also was on top of it when it came to what he could do to finish up and what my builder needed. The best surprise for me was that on top of being so kind and professional, he cleaned up at the end. After taking out part of my wall to move my thermostat, it was hardly dusty or dirty.
