We had a fantastic experience with Mark Farmer at Alta Builders! He was professional and respectful and kind and explained everything clearly. He worked with our insurance company so well. He communicated with us regularly and in a timely fashion. The whole process of getting our damaged roof replaced went so smoothly that we could hardly believe it. His roofers were respectful and were mindful of damaging anything in the yard. They finished in one day! They cleaned up so that it was difficult to see that they had even been here except for the beautiful new roof. It looks wonderful! We are so grateful to Mark and his crew. Brett from Alta Builders was incredible. From start to finish, he kept us in the loop, responded to any questions and did a prefect job. He recommended we use Certainteed shingles in black walnut and it came out better than expected. We even had them do new gutters. Everything went prefect and looks great!
