Jason, Dominique and Drake were an incredible team today as they spent nearly eight hours in sub-20 degree temps repairing a water main leak on our property. They hit a couple blockers on the project and worked through them to get our lines repaired and water back on same day. The crew was friendly and Jason was GREAT to explain what had happened, what needed to be fixed and how it would be done. I loved the text notifications I received from CONNECT about the service personnel that were dispatched and I enjoyed getting to know a little about each of them. Dominique Hartford was our technician. We had a hefty clogged drain in our kitchen sink. The first snake didn't get it, so Dominique patiently explained the process and got a second machine that did the trick. Very nice, very professional. We highly recommend Connect and Dominique.
