From my recent experience with Connect, I wish I could say that I was genuinely impressed, but I can honestly say that I was not! Initially when I called, I thought this would be really good company, and that I may have found a decent sub-contractor to do work on my home. In 17 years of remodeling my home, I would say that 90-95% of the sub-contractors I have used have done poor quality work, and in some cases completely unreasonable on price. Recently I had Connect put in a new toilet in my home, and also replace a bathroom fan. Neither of these items are highly technical in my opinion. The toilet leaked into my downstairs on the first night, and the bathroom fan was also a problem. I will say that Connect sent the technicians back to my home the next day, to fix the issues which I appreciated, but what frustrates me is that the bathroom fan literally was hanging out of the ceiling on one side, and after the toilet was reset, I had to ask to have the toilet straightened out. Dominique was responsive and interactive to our needs. We had a clogged kitchen drain and he tried every trick to save us money...which he did. He said we had sludge and the only way to fix is by blasting that costs $750+. He showed us how to use degreaser and another product with monthly hot water maintenance to make the sludge flow in the drain. Thank you Dom and enjoy your new born. Someone came to fix our clogged sink, just a few hours after calling. We had a great experience with Dominique. He was very friendly and informative about the process and preventative care for our sink. He had our kitchen sink unclogged and up and running in no time. They're not the cheapest bid but the work is dependable and done correctly. I would definitely reccomend and use this company again.
