Jeremy and Elaiyas were great, very responsive and were on time. They gave me an estimate and the repair cost was same. Clearly explained what the issue is and fixed it next day. I had an appointment scheduled at 9:00 a.m. yesterday for an assessment and estimate. Not only did they never show up and didn't respond to my call, almost 24 hours later they have still not reached out to apologize, explain, or reschedule. This level of unprofessionalism is crazy.
