We have used Olympus Roofing for new roofs on a couple of homes recently. Their crew works like a well oiled machine. Apparently, my neighbors were enthralled watching their efficiency.. Update….. Cason did everything he could to make the situation right. He couldn’t be more sorry that my job slipped through the cracks. He was able to get me an estimate a couple days later and get my job scheduled. He was great to work with and I would definitely recommend Olympus Roofing. I had called to get an estimate on some damage and possibly a whole new roof. The office women was very friendly and got me on the schedule asap. On the day of my appointment I received a text saying he was on his way, then 30 minutes later a call saying he was sick and needed to reschedule. I said that was fine, I understood and the next morning would be fine. The next morning he txt me again saying he couldn’t make it. I said that was okay and we could reschedule. I never heard from them again. I’ve text him and left messages with the office and no one has returned my calls. I was shocked to receive such poor service from a company that came so highly recommended. Very disappointing!!! Service: Roo
