Kyle and Jon were amazing. They noticed missing shingles and asked if they could take a look. I was curious about what a new roof was going to run me anyway. I never considered that my insurance would cover the wind damage. They called my carrier for me and lined up an appointment with the adjuster and walked me through the rest of the process. It really could not have been any easier. They have since done my next door neighbor and I think another house on my street. On a side note, my wife felt safe and comfortable with the installation crew who were equally pleasant to work with. I will also say even without the claim, the price was half what I expected. If you are missing some shingles and have been dreading a roof replacement, it’s worth the call. It’s been nice to experience actual good customer service which I thought was a lost art. Beware of this company. They completed my roof and within a week there was damage and a leak. They cut the shingles in half and did a terrible job. After months of calling them and trying to get the job redone still no one has been sent out. They are quick to take your money but will leave you with unfinished work. I will be reporting them to BBB & any other outlet that’s possible. Service: Roof repair
