Gundlach has Provided Five Star Maintenance and Service to Our home for over 25 years. Today, Matt and Pat Provided Five Star Service by Replacing 3 outdoor sillcocks. They let us Know that their was condensation on Some of The ductwork under the house and suggested we might want to have that checked by HVAC technician. We called For service and were happy to see Jim. He checked and cleaned the unit, crawled under the House and Checked the condensation. All is well! Thank you Matt, Pat and Jim! I’ve been using Gunlach for years for all our heating, cooling and plumbing needs. Staff are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable especially the Technician Junior who worked on my 2 systems today. He was able to assess them, diagnosis where repair was needed, explain to me so I could understand and complete the repair quickly. Top notch service! Highly recommend! I called Gunlock for my gas furnace issue. Roy came out on December 7th and the first thing he did when he walked into the furnace area was hee -hawed about how challenging it would be to put in a new furnace! (Another company I had called did not mention it being a challenge.) I could see the $ signs going up with every grunt he made! Roy measured the furnace area and then proceeded to the outside A/C unit which would need replacement at the same time. He had his iPad out and tried to pull-up a picture of an outside unit but struggled and wasn't able to. He said he would write up an estimate and email it to me in a couple days. Today is December 20th, and since I still had not received and estimate from him, I called him. He said he has not done it yet and started to give me one excuse after another. Told me that no one has the equipment (the other company made no mention having equipment shortages) Roy said they haven't determined yet what the new price for the equipment will be or
