The Gundlach crew just left our premises and left us with a top-notch duct system that is miles better than the one they replaced. Joey Lowe at their office was with us every step of the way in answering our questions as they came up. Jose and Hector ran the crew professionally and courteously and did a fantastic job of installing the system - they are very hard and professional workers, especially considering the tight crawlspace they had to work in. From the initial phone calls (there have been two to date) to paying the bills I have been extremely impressed with the professionalism of the Gundlach employees. They are polite, timely, and....wait for it....they do what needs to be done! Honestly, we've tried other big name plumbing companies in the RVA area but they either ignored us from the onset or they promised something but did not deliver.
