Please be careful those guys are crazy!! the guy I got fixing my sink keeps yelling when he's working and they charge too much he worked just 1hr and he charge me for 2 hrs because he got dispatched 1 hr before he got to my location

I needed 2 hose bibbs (spigots) replaced as well as 2 shut-off valves installed for them and called Keil on the recommendation of a friend. They gave me a very accurate quote for the work and came out the next day to replace them. They worked around my schedule and were prompt on the arrival time. The technician was very professional and discussed some different options regarding the repairs. He then gave me the final cost for the work and did a really great job installing new piping, the shut-off valves and new bibbs. A+ experience overall! Came to fix a clogged toilet, fixed the clog in the toilet for $175, but broke the shower as they washed their tools in the tub after. We discovered not long after they left that the valve was broken. I called the company, described what happened, and had them return to take a look at the issue, but they stated they would charge us to fix what they broke after inspecting it. I decided to pay another plumbing company to do the work to fix what they broke and not give another dollar to them. I did not have a problem with the toilet fee, and they were able to get there the same day for the fix, but cannot stand being ripped off by having them break something and try to get me to pay to have it repaired.
