Thought I had a major problem, only to find out a stick had stopped the compressor fan. The JR folks got me in and serviced quickly although their schedule was already full. Our technician is so friendly and professional, and definitely knows his stuff. He's been here numerous times doing our regular maintenance. Love the quality they bring to the job.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive from James River. We have used them for over 20 years for everything from purchasing an entire system and duct work installation to minor repairs. We have a maintenance contract as well and with that came yesterdays visit, which was professional and thorough. The technicians explained everything and completed their work efficiently.
