Sermat Construction Services

Had a pipe bust and Sermat came out the day of. Inspected the job and had employees there within 24 hours drying out the wet floors. They painted, and replaced my floor and tile in a promptly manner and were very easy to get in touch with throughout the whole process. Would deffinetly use them again.

Ryan Haskell is extremely professional and easy to talk to/explain things to. He has a good eye for detail and makes sure that the teams on the project are doing their best work. I appreciate, especially in our situation, how they went out of their way and sped up the project so that we could be back in our home for thanksgiving (a very rare find in the construction/reno industry). Unfortunately, I have to add an update as I was shocked at the follow up after they were paid their final installment. I have some paint that was chipping off of multiple door and window frames from the paint work that was done. Ryan Haskell came by to check on the work and I have sent multiple email since then to see if they can fix it with no response. I have to say I am disappointed as they were so amazing at the beginning.

I agree with another reviewer in that Sermat Construction is top notch. I could not be more satisfied with my experience and their professionalism and quality of work.
