Used Project Plumbing for a routine tankless water heater flush. Scheduling was easy, great communication throughout the process. Tech was on-time for the appointment, professional and friendly, in-and-out in a little over an hour. Would recommend to my neighbors and friends!

My first interaction with Stephanie, Phillip, and team was in regards to a pipe leak that I had gone back and forth with insurance on. Phillip came out assessed the situation and encouraged me to again turn it in to insurance and provided a detail explanation of what he felt was going on. With his advice and after having previous claim rejected, we refiled with his explanation and got the repair and damage all covered by insurance. Unfortunately, we went with the plumbing company the restoration company wanted to use, which did okay but were on the messy side and not very responsive. Our next interaction, an emergency, with Project Plumbing came after our water heater began to leak. We called them before they opened and they were quick to respond and send a plumber out.
