I rarely leave reviews, but I was so impressed with the service I received here that I wanted to let others know. One of the employees, (Jeff), was super friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a compression cap and he made sure I had exactly what I needed. The other employee was helping another customer and he was being extremely attentive to the customer. It's hard to find good businesses these days that go above and beyond. I highly recommend these guys for all your plumbing needs! Keep up the good work fellas. You're greatly appreciated!

I normally post bad reviews, but this place makes me feel it’s necessary to write a positive one. Richmond plumbing has the best customer service by far than anybody else and anything else. If everybody else’s customer service was this supreme the world would truly be a better place.
