My neighbor and I own adjacent townhomes in Sterling with “shared roofs”, in other words, there is no division between the 2 roofs. Roofs such as these are best done at the same time, and my neighbor and I decided to use New Sunrise. Juan an crew showed up on time, and his crew did both roofs in 1 day, and they look great! Then, my neighbor on the OTHER side saw what great work they did, and had hers done the next week, at the same time I and my other neighbor got our gutters done by New Sunrise, Juan’s crew did her roof and gutters for 2 townhomes in 1 day again!
