My desire to update two bathrooms led to the discovery of some "issues" with my 20+-year old roof. I was advised to contact a roofing company to conduct an inspection and make recommendations for ameliorating the problems. I contacted three companies for inspection and estimates. R.M. Banning was, by far, the most responsive and thorough. The estimator showed me photos of the roof and chimney problems, guided me through color selections, and provided the most thorough contract and itemized estimates of the three. While R.M. Banning was not the least expensive of the three, selecting them was a no-brainer because of the attention to detail. The crew arrived at 7:30 a.m. on the selected date. They provided coverings for the shrubs and beds and worked tirelessly throughout the day, finally wrapping up at 8:00 p.m.!
