I am very impressed with Hardie plumbing. Candice called me on a Sunday! She set up an early Monday visit, assuring me a new tank would be there. Her commincation was excellent. I thought I needed a new hot water tank but Jeff was honest with me and simply repaired my current tank. Very efficient and friendly. Two big thumbs up for this quality team. I'm very pleased with the service I was provided by Jeff with Hardie Plumbing. He responded quickly to my call for an estimate on my low water pressure issue and well pump running constantly. We discussed a few things in advance to look for to speed up the diagnosis process before he arrived. We have a few issues going on with our new home regarding plumbing. Jeff was very informative and not only fixed my issues but showed me what he was replacing along with the the reason behind it in laymans terms. He was very thorough, friendly, and respectful. We recently found ourselves in need of a plumber's services twice at our newly purchased home, and liked Hardie Plumbing right away when we called them. We gave them a laundry list of things to work on. They gave us a reasonable quote and stuck to it. And when we scheduled the visits, they provided a one-hour arrival window. For most services, a three-hour window is the best anyone will do. And they called us when they were 15 minutes away. And they were prompt and on time for both visits.
