John's Plumbing and Pumps recently replaced our water heater and fixed an issue we were having with our shower. Both times our plumber, Bryan, was able to quickly identify issues, took the time to explain the situation and evaluate options with us, and completed quality work. He always left the worksite cleaner than when he arrive too, which is a plus. Their customer service has been consistently courteous and responsive. Will certainly be using their services again. I made arrangements for Johns Pluming to service my tankless water heater. As I requested when I scheduled the service visit. Spencer phoned and indicated he would be at my home within 1/2 hour. Spencer service rep. was very knowledgeable and professional. He resolved my problem quickly. I highly recommend Johns Plumbing Well & Pumps.
