My water valve below my sink began leaking and Empire came out to fix my emergency the same day I called despite having to squeeze me in at the end of the day. They'll be the only plumber I use moving forward, thanks again! Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Plumbing leak repair
Had a leaky sink. Started to try to fix it myself, but then realized I couldn't actually turn off the water under the sink, which indicated a bigger issue. Called Empire yesterday. Tom came this morning, fixed the leak, and replaced my faucet. Everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. I'm very satisfied and will definitely use them for any upcoming issues.
When we called to schedule an appointment, the owner was very friendly and was able to get us scheduled very quickly. Tom and Dave showed up when they said they would and completed the job with complete professionalism. They worked great as a team and took the time to explain everything in layman's terms. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Friendly, professional, affordable!!! Thank you, gentleman for a wonderful job!
