I will only use Sunset Air for my residential heating/cooling needs. Super responsive, professional, and completely able to troubleshoot on the spot if something unexpected pops up on install. Love Sunset Air! We purchased a home recently and the seller refused to have any sort of routine maintenance done before we closed, so we wanted to make sure everything was maintained especially with it being so hot this year. I really appreciated that Sunset allowed scheduling via email rather than just a phone call. They were very communicative and quick to respond to my initial online request. They said they couldn’t just service A/C, which was my initial request, but were able to schedule service for both our furnace and A/C which was fine. The quote for both of these was way more cost-effective than doing them separately with another company so we went ahead and scheduled service for both. Our tech was prompt, friendly and arrived early in our estimated window. He was thorough and explained our system to us as well as answered any questions we had. Glad we had such a great experience and will definitely be scheduling again in the future for our HVAC needs!
