I'm extremely thankful for Jesse and Sunset Air. As a first time homeowner, I had little experience working with contractors. I got three bids for our heat pump. I was extremely uncomfortable when the other companies were at my home. It was a constant barrage of sales tactics and attempts to persuade me that I should pay an outrageous price. The experience with Jesse, however, was entirely different. He wasn't chasing a commission or attempting to pressure me into making a horrible decision. He was just there to take a few pictures of the potential job site. Rather than draft an estimate on the spot, like the other companies, he emailed it to me so I wouldn't feel any pressure.
