I was looking for an electrician for advice on a kitchen remodel. Steve promptly replied to my email request and I called him the next day. He called me right back (no answering service) and we went over my project. With his advice, I won't need to spend money doing needless work. And he even advised me on some innovative ways homes are doing lighting these days. Steve's professionalism and straight talk (in perfect English) made the interaction exceed my expectations. I wished all service providers were this honest and helpful.
