Editing my post to add I have used this company again when my water heater started to leak. They came out right away and had a new water heater installed with in hours. I am so pleased to not have to wait and potentially be without hot water with this cold weather we are having! I highly recommend! These guys saved me. My master bedroom showers handle broke with the shower running. I couldn't turn it off and like a dummy I didn't know where my main shut off was. Maple Valley Plumbing got here promptly, showed me the main shut off, fixed my shower and were amazing in every way. They even caught some plumbing issues that would happen soon and saved me more headaches. These guys were honest, prompt and the only plumber I will use from now on. A genuine thank you for helping and making it out to our house in the ice storm and being able to fix our water heater that was spewing water everywhere, due to a burst shark bite. Then telling us, young naive folk, how to unfreeze our kitchen pipes and everything to do if it infact burst due to freezing. I can’t thank you enough for your company being awake at 5am and then coming out bright and early to get it fixed so we then had hot water. Honesty, Integrity and Timeliness all apply to Dave and his crew. Our hot water heater went out and we contacted him Friday at 4:00 pm and they were out at 7:00am Saturday morning for the replacement. Great workmanship and they took the time to educate us as well. Thanks MVP
