Prairie Electric

When my house was built, Prairie Electric put 18 draws (15 outlets and 3 ceiling lights) on one 15amp breaker, when there is plenty of room for more breakers in the box. We pop breakers constantly and are looking for an electrician to see about re-wiring the house. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Prompt service and very professional. My only concern was that they were a bit busy and couldn't get to installing my backup generator for a couple of months, but it was well worth the wait and to be expected, as I approached them shortly after the pandemic subsided and seemingly all contactors were busy. Ben showed up and worked so fast and efficiently it was hard to follow him, although I sat in a chair not ten feet away watching for quite a while. They have their skills dialed in and seem to do complex wiring as easy as if they were breathing. A faulty part became apparent during the install, and they replaced it in about thirty minutes. They came up with a novel solution to keep our well pump house, which is distant from the house, working while providing a high-quality generator to keep the home running.
