They came out for a service call and the fix was something simple. Since we were repeat customers, they comped the cost of the visit. It was really really nice of them. I just needed a 30-amp outlet installed on the exterior of my house for my RV to plug in. I had gotten the runaround with month+ scheduling dates from 2 other places. I lucked out when I called Unity because they sent Brian out the same day to give me an estimate and TWO DAYS later, the outlet was installed! I couldn't believe he got it done so fast. It looks great, works perfectly, and Brian was a total professional, super-nice guy! I can't recommend Unity highly enough.
