Cougar Heating and Air Conditioning

Last year Cougar installed our AC system. This is the 2nd time we've needed them out, for issues other than the AC they put in. They are always kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Because I am only allowed a certain number of characters, I must shorten this into bullets. Cougar arrived to look at heat pump (on recommendation of a friend) said unrepairable as it had a refrigerate leak. As I walked away from it he screamed and ran from it yelling to get my dogs in as the valve had broken and was releasing refrigerate into the air. Said we need heat pump and new unit in the garage (without even looking at unit in garage) Had salesman come out next day that quoted us $30,000 but after magical discounts including military when we told him we weren’t but asked about anyone in family we told him our son and got it to $17,000.00. Against our better judgement we bought it as I was having surgery and it was 95 out and we needed a new system quick Said they’d be out following Friday to install if didn’t finish would on Saturday. They Arrived 2 hours late, when the installer was there removing our old heat pump he yelled and jumped back from it, my husband was near and said

Lamont Mapp came out to service my furnace/AC and did a fantastic job. He is super friendly, punctual, and thorough. Michelle in the office is also very friendly and helpful.
