Finding water in a spare room on Christmas Day was not fun. However, Apollo was straightforward with scheduling and got me in super fast, considering the holidays. The service pro that came out to help diagnose a leak, Michael R., was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and even gave me a few maintenance tips for plumbing and hvac! I super appreciated that considering this is my first home. He also gave me recommendations for next steps which was incredibly helpful and eased my stress, as this is my first major issue as a homeowner. Lastly, my first experience with Apollo is when I hired them to do my sewer scope inspection before my home purchase was completed. Their findings saved me hundreds, if not thousands, in repairs if issues arose. I cannot recommend Apollo enough!!!
First I want to say that I have never posted a Google review...and this will probably be my last as I don't like this kind of stuff but I wanted to compliment Mario C. He was amazing. We needed an entirely new Furnace and AC unit...which financially is completely overwhelming. We had several companies come and make bids. Mario came in asked questions tried to understand our needs. Never tried to up sell us. As a former installer he is very knowledgeable. We really liked him. The only reason we did not go with his services was at the time back during the heat wave the were booked out 2 weeks and we couldn't wait that long. I totally recommend this company I would use them in the future.
2 occasions… 1) replacing a an upstairs shower stem for hot water . Part put in backwards. Luckily we caught the repairman in time and he fixed the mistake. 2) Replacing our kitchen sink faucet…which literally came loose the NEXT DAY causing the faucet to dangle because the so called plumber Installed a wrong washer. A $700. Fee that we are WAITING TO BE CORRECTED now for 17 days. Apollo Should consider a new name ‘APPALLING’ Plumbing Company
