Precision Air

I had a single zone heating/cooling system modified to create a second zone controlled by a second thermostat. Very professional and thorough service starting with the first appointment to survey the location for the estimate. The day before the work was to be done the installation supervisor did a detailed review of the site and equipment. He also accompanied the work crew here the next morning to ensure a smooth start. The crew was great - competent, pleasant, and as tidy as possible. After an almost 12 hour day working in a hot attic, Yuri took the time to review the operation of the new thermostat and call my attention to an additional feature. Thank you Ron, Andre, and Yuri. This is the first time I have used Precision Air. They were one of several companies I contacted to quote the installation of a new furnace. Everything about my experience with Precision Air was a cut above. - The quote was very reasonable and much better value than the others I received. - The estimator (Joel) listened to my concerns and wrote up a quote that addressed them without trying to sell me things I didn't want or need. - The installers (Viktor and Alex) were polite, professional and open to input about details during the job. They were also willing and able to troubleshoot the root cause of a problem I had with work done by a prior contractor and fixed that problem with the current work. - The management (Ron) was flexible when, after reviewing the plan with the installers, we eliminated some of the scope of work. Precision Air revised the quote downward without the need for any discussion. I would highly recommend Precision Air to anyone.

From start to finish this team was exceptional! Katelyn, Jade, Sergei, Ron, Mathew, Alex and Dave were all competent, patient, knowledgeable, punctual, efficient, professional, and respectful. I love how they each took time to listen and explain things. I love that they have a 2 hour window for arrival instead of a 4 hour window. They are responsive and easy to get a hold of. Clearly customer service is at the forefront of their business model!
