This is my first online review, ever! Reviews can build and destroy. This one builds. I'm an experienced general contractor and real estate investor. I understand vendors and how business works. This review isn't just about Bob's. It's about Mike. We call Mike the furnace whisperer. After 7 years, 5 different companies and 10 service trips our pesky furnace problem was finally solved. By Mike. He didn't talk much. Not unfriendly at all, just very focused. After about 20 minutes of testing, I thought he mostly stared at the thermostat. I was concerned at first. Until I began to speak and he raised a finger as to say...not now. I realized he must have been running complex furnace algorithms through his packed head of knowledge. 10 seconds later he quickly returned to the furnace. A few minutes later he returned and said the problem was solved. I almost laughed, impossible! I can now attest after six months of use, and disbelief, the problem is in fact, solved. DO NOT USE! We don’t recommend using Bob’s heating at all costs. They installed a tankless gas water heater directly BELOW two bedroom windows and another opening to the laundry room so the exhaust and carbon monoxide vents into our children’s bedroom windows! We provided them video. The bedroom windows have air intakes since the house does not have a/c to cool the home. The carbon monoxide from the exhaust gets sucked right into the home. Bobs heating refuses to make it right. They only care about the $$$$ not about health and safety. They refuse to return my calls. Now, we have to spend more money to hire a different company to come out to make it right. I will never use Bobs Heating and I encourage all my fellow counter parts in the construction industry to NOT use them either. Being, in the construction industry ourselves as material suppliers, we work closely with our contractors and builders on health and safety and would NEVER recommend a company that is wreck-less, money focuse
