Stay away from this business. I believe they over bill you and try to make you pay by intimidation: After 2.5 hours of work they billed me $800+tax without any detail. When I asked for detail break down of the invoice I was told that it would be a lot more. And then I was told "No we are not going to give you the detail and if you don't pay today we will put a lien on your home next Monday..". One hour later they sent me an invoice with first 1/2 hour rate at $165 and 2 additional hour rate at $243 per hour. This is all how it started: At my initial call, the owner Guy said he would come out the next day at 3PM. I said how about between 3-4. He said "fine". The next day, we took time off from work but it's a no show and no call no apology. Then when we finally set up the time to do the work, the final invoice is just one line without any explanation. He said he gave me a set price to start but he only gave me a range... I said, "Did you record what you said?" and he said

When it comes to hiring a plumber, we all want one that is skilled and will only do, at a fair price, what's necessary. If they're a nice person, then that's a bonus. D Young's Plumbing is all of that, and more. The owners, Diane and Guy, couldn't be nicer and more eager to solve the problem. In our case, it was a possible natural gas leak. One plumber quoted us $1,500, without bothering to even come take a look at the pipe. Another company asked $200 to come take a look. D Young's was so much better than those two. Diane arranged for Guy to come take a look first. Guy appeared earlier than scheduled (he called first to ask if that was okay). After inspecting the possible site of the leak, Guy said that there was no leak and that what we were smelling was probably unburnt gas from our nearby water heater exhaust. Then Guy said that there would not be any charge and that we should go and enjoy the rest of the day! Later, one of our neighbors told us that she spotted Guy as he was leavin
