Over the past few years, I've used Shackelford for emergency service for my furnace, as well as subsequent replacement of both my furnace and central AC. They have provided same-day service, including replacing my central AC within 6 hours of calling -- with the utmost courtesy and competency. I highly recommend Shackelford.
I can't say enough about Shackelford's responsiveness and efficient work. Arrived when they said they'd arrive with quick diagnostic and resolution.
